Service Description

Frequency of Check-Ups: 2 semi-annual comprehensive home health check-ups. Coverage Includes: Up to 3 bathrooms. 1 kitchen. HVAC system inspection and filter replacement. Electrical system comprehensive check. Advanced plumbing inspection including leak checks. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors check and battery replacement. Appliance maintenance and efficiency check. Energy efficiency improvement recommendations. Dryer vent cleaning.


Cancellation Policy

Service Visit Details: Each visit includes up to 4 hours of service with two technicians. If deferred maintenance has occurred all points may not be able to be serviced during the visit.        Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to fees, and the $200 deposit is non-refundable. We appreciate your cooperation and are here to assist with any changes. ​ Liability Considerations: ​ No Liability for Seen or Unforeseen Breakdowns: While our services significantly reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns and incidents, we cannot guarantee that they will never occur. Maintenance Men is not liable for any breakdowns, damages, or failures that may occur, even with regular maintenance. Recommendations for Repairs: If, during our maintenance checks, we identify issues that require repair or replacement, we will notify the homeowner and recommend taking appropriate action. The responsibility to engage repair services or replace items rests with the homeowner.   Limitation of Liability: Maintenance Men's liability is limited to the scope of services agreed upon in our service contract. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the failure of any system or component of your home that we service. ​ Acknowledgment by Clients: By choosing Maintenance Men for your home maintenance needs, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Service Scope and Liability Policy. Our clients understand the preventive nature of our services and agree that Maintenance Men is not liable for repair or replacement of broken items or for any incidents that may occur despite our maintenance efforts. ​ Commitment to Excellence: Despite these limitations, Maintenance Men is committed to delivering the highest quality of service to prevent potential issues and maintain your home's health.
